Friends and family gathered to remember Shaeed Woodard at his funeral in South Carolina. Woodard was one of two people shot dead by the Gulf cartel in Mexico earlier this month, while two others survived the attack. Over 100 people attended the service. A loose contingent known as the Scorpions faction, an arm of the Gulf cartel, has taken responsibility for the attack.
