Brian Walshe has been indicted for the murder of his missing wife Ana, and could face life in prison if convicted. Walshe had previously pleaded not guilty to the charge during his arraignment, but the indictment has moved the case to Norfolk Superior Court. Police believe Walshe killed his wife in their basement and disposed of her remains in a bag that was incinerated by trash services.
