A Russian missile killed two people and wounded 30 in Dnipro, Ukraine. The attack was called a war crime under the Geneva Conventions by the country’s Defence Ministry, an allegation denied by Moscow. President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said the psychological and veterinary clinic attack was “pure Russian terror,” with Serhiy Lysak, the regional governor, reporting a 69-year-old man and another person were killed. Earlier in the week, Ukraine said it had shot down 10 missiles and over 20 drones from Russia.
