Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation gave $30 million in grants to black, trans and anti-police non-profits in the fiscal years for 2020 and 2021. The organization was given nearly $90 million in public donations from 2020 to 2022. The group also included Cullors’ brother, and a security company run out of a UPS store, among the highest-paid contractors, with other grants given to supporters of former co-founder Patrisse Cullors. The foundation suffered more than $8.5 million in losses last year, while donations dropped dramatically to just over $9 million.
